  • The Position:

    This position is key to the firm and will require working closely with the principals and will involve some client interaction.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    · Full cycle bookkeeping and payroll duties for various clients in diverse fields

    · Filing GST, PST, WCB returns and assisting in the preparation of T4’s and T5’s

    · Communicating effectively and assisting in client inquiries

    · Assisting in the preparation of personal tax returns during tax season

    · Communicating directly with clients

    Required Attributes:

    This position is best suited to a well-rounded candidate with experience in full cycle bookkeeping, who possesses excellent oral and written communication skills. This is a long-term position for someone who is organized, accurate and takes pride in what they do. Claassen Partners offers opportunities to develop new skills and explore a variety of work

    Required Education and Experience:

    · Bookkeeping designation an asset

    · Experience working through full cycle bookkeeping

    · Experience working directly with clients

    · Proficiency with computers and experience using QuickBooks and Excel

    Expected Start Date: January 10, 2022

    Compensation: TBD and commensurate with experience.

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours
